It has presented a significant compliance burden to the tech industry, not least because it was accompanied by over 3,000 pages of prescriptive regulatory guidance from Ofcom. Now the dust has settled on this first stage of OSA implementation, we consider what changes service providers have made, and what is still ahead of them.
