She counsels clients through strategic corporate transactions, particularly on the data, technology, and intellectual property assets of companies across industries involved in mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. She supports pre and post transaction due diligence from both the TMT and IP angles.
